This has provided rapid assessment, and in many cases treatment, of patients who would otherwise have waited several months for physiotherapy or orthopaedic outpatient appointments. Referrals to secondary care have been reduced and patient feedback shows high levels of satisfaction with Paula and her excellent service.”

Having sustained several different injuries in an accident, I sought help from Mrs Paula White. Putting her excellent knowledge and diverse treatments to good use, she has achieved much pain relief and general improvement for me.

In addition to my injuries, I had a very slow to heal surgical wound on my hand. Paula treated this with massage and Laser therapy to very good effect.

This has all been achieved in a friendly and relaxed manner. I am very grateful to Paula and have no hesitation in recommending her and her expertise to anyone.

Paula has been working as a physiotherapist for a number of years, she has also recently increased her clinical skills in performing a number of procedures, which are outside the domain of usual physiotherapists. She has been able to perform under supervision as well as independently a number of injections such as for the treatment of tennis elbow, golfers elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, acromioclavicular and shoulder osteoarthritis etc.

I have always found her to be an extremely capable, hard working and intelligent person. She takes extra care for her patients and is able to fulfil her responsibilities in the best possible professional manner.

“We employed Paula a year ago to undertake orthopaedic triage at our surgery. The purpose of the clinic was to identify those likely to be referred to an orthopaedic specialist and to try physiotherapy and other treatments to try and prevent onward referral. We have found the clinic very useful in that it prevented several onward referrals but also Paula has managed to very effectively treat some very difficult problems.”
